A small team with big ideas

Kaizen is a business born out of print. Formed as Kaizen Print in 2013, founders Marty and Connor McCauley built the business on a reputation for fast turnaround, reliability and an instinct for client needs. Growing at pace meant a swift expansion - Kaizen Brand Evolution and Kaizen Digital Evolution were added to facilitate the growing client demand for Design and Digital services.

Since then, we’ve all come together under the Kaizen name - brand, digital and print all live under one Kaizen roof at our home in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Our now 50 strong team still work to the principles established by our founders and the Japanese business philosophy we’re named after - continuously improving and working as one cohesive team from top to bottom.

Our Studio

An iconic red brick building in Jennymount Business park, Belfast is where Kaizen calls home. With our commercial sales, design and digital teams occupying the first floor we have perfect access to our print specialists on the ground floor. We’re truly a creative powerhouse, all residing under one roof. Come see us for a coffee, a turn on the rope swing or a swift round of table tennis (be warned - the competition is fierce!).
